"Grandma & Grandpa Poodletail" Brandon Brandon, does Chelsea ride a "Jack Ass" or a bull? I'll never forget some of the stunts you used to pull. Having you & Ryan down on the farm was never dull. I can't believe you told your Mom & Dad that you wanted to be black, and wanted me to be black too! When your Dad told me what you'd said, I laughed and said, "What else is new"? Your dad told you you'd better not let your Grandpa hear you. He liked to rub it in and you did too. I hear you dressed up like Dennis Rodman for Halloween? When I put that little black doll on your Birthday cake I wasn't trying to be mean. When I put that Dennis Rodman mask on, your Grandma Norma laughed so hard she caused a scene. Your Great Grandma Phillips & I were a little prejudiced... you see. She turned her head trying to ignore me. I loved the expression on your face when you opened that little black doll. I laughed so hard that I thought I'd bawl. Stay in school...give it your all. I'm glad you liked it when I made bacon for you down on the farm. You told your Mother her's wasn't as good as mine. Brandon, that cracked me up "BIG TIME". You even wanted your nose pierced like Dennis Rodman too! You were an awesome Grandson honey, I thought the sun set in you. Treasure these memories whatever you do. I offered to use the hog ringer on you. You were quite the comedian for a boy your age. You could have been a stand-up comic and performed "ON STAGE". That sense of humor will get you far. Maybe someday you'll grow up to be a famous basketball star. Someday when you get to heaven's gates, just yell...I'm here Grandma & Grandpa Poodletail! Love, "Grandma & Grandpa poodletail" xoxo 07/12/05 10/18/06 Poem by: Marge Hillgartner Don & Norma's Niece
